The Unknown Bulgarians, a performance by NFA “Bulgare”

The performance is a natural continuation of the successful productions “This is Bulgaria” and “The Eighth Wonder” and serves as the final part of the trilogy dedicated to the Bulgarian spirit and traditions. This time, the audience will immerse themselves in lesser-known ethnographic regions of the country, experiencing their authentic music, dances, songs, dialects, and costumes, and discovering new chapters of our rich national psyche.
For the first time in the history of the ensemble, the choreography was created not only by the founder and artistic director Hristo Iv. Dimitrov but also with contributions from the troupe’s soloists. The music is composed by Acad. Prof. Milcho Vasilev, Dimitar Hristov, Kostadin Genchev, Dancho Radulov, and Dr. Petyo Krastev, while the overall sound design is once again entrusted to Ivan Kirishev.
