The photo exhibition will be located in the open space in the so-called Core in the Kapana district and will illustrate in an attractive way the activity of young people in Plovdiv, their volunteer and / or charity initiatives and personal goodwill stories.
The authors of the photographs will be young people from Plovdiv with a diverse profile, thus giving the opportunity for personal creativity and recognition of young people, including those who are disadvantaged, who do not deal with photography professionally .
The photos will be selected through a competition. It will be open to candidates aged 15-30 years. The works will have to meet precisely defined criteria linked to the theme of the exhibition as well as technical specifications guaranteeing the possibility of large-scale printing. Within three weeks, photos will be recruited and later will be selected by a jury of four members of professionals in the field of photography and applied arts and young people.
The chosen images will be exhibited for four weeks. The opening of the event will take place on August 12 - International Day of Youth Activity. After the closing of the exhibition, the panels with the printed pictures will be donated to the Municipal Youth Center - Plovdiv.
