Gabriadze, the world-famous Georgian puppet theatre, is in Plovdiv presenting ‘Ramona,’ a play for adult audiences. The genius of Rezo Gabriadze, the troupe's founder and director, is known for its ability to ‘capture epic issues in tiny-scale puppet sketches’ (AAA). 
‘Ramona’ is a touching drama about two locomotives. The story takes place in post-war Soviet Union. The locomotive Ermon is sent on a long journey to Siberia, and Ramona spends years at a small railway station waiting for her husband. The characters go through difficult times and relish sunny moments. The performance in Plovdiv will be held on 25 September 2019, in Plovdiv Drama Theatre.
