"Inspiration for Christmas" concert by the "Evmolpeia" choir

On the eve of the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays, the Evmolpeia Girls Choir with conductor Alia Hans and keyboard accompaniment Dr. Boris Mirchev will perform his traditional solo concert "Inspiration for Christmas" on 18 December 2019 at 6 pm at "2019" Exhibition Hall. The concert is part of the Christmas program of Plovdiv Municipality. It includes favorite works from the choir's repertoire with the special participation of Dimo ​​Mihov - kahon and Ezgi Chelik - violin.

The activity of the Evmolpeya Girl Choir is carried out with the long-standing support of the Municipality of Plovdiv. This is the 14th creative season of the choir and it is actively involved in the cultural life of the city.
The Evmolpeia Choir was created in 2006 and features girls from the ages of 8 to 19, from 23 Plovdiv schools. It has 28 tours in different countries such as Austria, Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland, Serbia, Turkey, Greece, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Belgium and Russia.
The choir has been awarded the title of "Ambassador of Goodwill" and has repeatedly been honored to represent Bulgaria in various international forums. The repertoire includes songs in 16 languages, from different styles. The Choir has released the CD with sacred music "Glory in the Heights".
