The people of Plovdiv move between these beautiful places and sacred places that our city is rich in, without notice, hurried into their daily lives. And they are many. Maybe 100 or more. The project covers 100 sites from Plovdiv that impressed 100 artists from different countries. 100 authors presented in the gallery space of Resonance their equivalents of their favorite and fascinating places from our beautiful city. On the map of Plovdiv appeared 100 emotional points, representing 100 destinations. So Resonance has become a transit field for presentation, for the animation of objects from Plovdiv, for the transfer of the Plovdiv atmosphere into the gallery environment. Each artist had complete freedom to handle different means of expression, according to his preferences and criteria. Thus, the project encompasses the widest possible range of art in all its forms and high requirements.
This large-scale and long-term project is international. The participants are leading and young promising artists from 51 different countries. Within 3 years - in 2016, 2017, 2018, a total of 100 artists who worked on the project were presented in a phased gallery environment. Thus, through the authors themselves, we received a promotion of our city not only locally, but also nationally and internationally.
The second direction in the presentation of Plovdiv is the fact that exhibitions with original works from this project have traveled to Matera / Italy / - the other European capital of culture in 2019, to Venice, to Bratislava, and there are more destinations to present the project .
A third way of gaining popularity and prestige for our city is the ability of this project (s), respectively, to present photo and video material, as well as a print edition of the event, which will remain as a memory for our city in time.

Each of the exhibitions includes a photograph of an object from Plovdiv that impressed the artist. To this is added the interpretation of the place by the artist himself, who can use different means of expression. All original works presented so far in the Resonance Gallery have been filmed. The prints of each 19/19 artwork are embedded in a square piece of cast paper. Thus, during 2019 at the Resonance Gallery on December 18, there will be an exhibition of the 100 replicas of the 100 authors that have been documented. These works live a second life by incorporating the original works document into new cast paper.
