Official City Ceremony of welcoming the New Year 2020 with the performance of Innerglow, Duet Rhyton, Thrace Ensemble, SkandaU.

22:00 Innerglow

Innerglow is an electronic pop / rock band that relies on original music with a variety of alternatives, dance and funk elements.
In the first two years of its existence, the band released the songs "After You" and "Rising Sun", performed numerous concerts in some of the biggest clubs and at some of the most important festivals in Bulgaria, shared the stage for general performances with performers such as "Stay", "Hayes & Y", "Jeremy?", "Jin Monic", "Nu / Ance", "Taking Heed", VICK. In January 2019, the band released their third single, "Chained In Love," with a video created by director Nikolai Draganov. The song received numerous positive reactions from the audience and spent a total of five weeks in the first place in the ranking of the Bulgarian National Radio - BNR Top 20.

22:45 Riton Duet
Riton is a Bulgarian pop music duo with more than 40 years of career and their most popular songs are "Jalma", "Come to visit us", "Where my eyes see", "Once but not now", "Don" Quixote and Dulcinea, Confession, Pain of Love, Heart Behind 3 Doors, Embrace Me, and more. It all started in 1975. Katya Mihailova and Zdravko Zhelyazkov studied at the Bulgarian State Conservatory. From there, they form a duet and a couple.
One of the most important factors that characterizes the essence of the Riton duo is the strongly expressed national identity in their overall creative work. 100% of the repertoire of the duo in all 35 years was created by Bulgarian authors.

23:30 Trakia Folklore Ensemble
Trakia Folklore Ensemble was established in 1974. It preserves and develops the folk song and music and dance wealth of all the folklore regions of the country. It presents and reveals, in almost authentic form or in contemporary music and dance interpretations, real pearls of folk art. The ensemble is distinguished by its unique style of authorship and originality.
The creative image of “Thrace” was created and developed by the greatest authors in the field of folklore such as Prof. Kiril Genev, Assoc. Prof. Stefan Mutafchiev, Prof. Nikolai Kaufman, Prof. Nikolai Stoykov, K. Kolev and many others. Director and Chief Artistic Director of FA “Trakia” is Prof. Dr. Daniela Geneva.
For 45 years the ensemble has performed thousands of concerts in Bulgaria, assisting the state institutions in many important forums. They have participated in international events in 48 countries. Winners of all possible awards in the field of culture.

All fans and admirers of Toto and Lacho from one of the most popular Bulgarian bands - SkandaU will have the opportunity to become part of an unforgettable music experience, starting at 00.15.
In the last two years the boys have been announced twice as a group of the year at the BG Radio Annual Music Awards, two consecutive years a Group of the Year of the Bulgarian Hip Hop Awards - 359 Hip Hop Awards, and "Chujdi usmivki" became a song of 2018. The 1 Lifestyle Awards also honored SkandaU as the band of 2018 and Chujdi usmivki as the ballad of the year. The hundreds of thousands of fans and subscribers to their social media channels are proof of their success. Since the beginning of 2018, SkandaU, who have been producing their own music, have added many new songs to their repertoire, each of which has proven to be an indisputable hit. Without Drinking, Chujdi usmivki, Caviar, Katran and the latest hit "But!" will be part of the program that the SkandaU boys are preparing.
Most recently, favorites from the Bulgarian audience Lacho and Toto from SkandaU have overcrowded the Arena Arena Armeec Hall and the Plovdiv Kolodrum.

Presenters on New Year's Eve will be Simeon Kolev and Bogdana Trifonova - radio presenters from the morning block "Starter" on BG radio.
