TOUR 2021 by LILI IVANOVA is POSTPONED
Dear fans and friends,
In view of the ongoing anti-epidemic measures in the country and the world, concerning the organization and holding of cultural events, LILI IVANOVA'S TOUR 2021 is postponed for the period September - December 2021!
This necessitates the complete cancellation of the concerts in the following cities: VIDIN, SLIVEN, BLAGOEVGRAD, DOBRICH, HASKOVO, GOTSE DELCHEV, SAMOKOV, PLEVEN and PAZARDZHIK.
The concerts from TOUR 2021, which will be held in VARNA, PLOVDIV, BURGAS, VELIKO TARNOVO, SHUMEN, RUSE and SOFIA, will comply with all current anti-epidemic measures imposed by the public authorities as of the date of the respective concert.

TICKET PURCHASE INFORMATION:
I. TICKETS FOR TOUR 2020/2021
All tickets purchased so far for TOUR 2020/20201 will be valid without revalidation for the concert in the respective city - VARNA, PLOVDIV, BURGAS, VELIKO TARNOVO, SHUMEN, RUSE and SOFIA and can be used for the new dates of TOUR 2021!
IMPORTANT FOR SOFIA!
In December 2021, 3 consecutive concerts will be performed - on 14, 15, 16 DECEMBER in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture.
Tickets purchased at the moment for November 27, 2020 and March 16, 2021 will be valid without revalidation for the date December 14, 2021!
Tickets purchased at the moment for November 28, 2020 and March 17, 2021 will be valid without revalidation for the date December 15, 2021!
Tickets purchased at the moment for March 18, 2021 will be valid without revalidation for the date December 16, 2021!
Any spectator wishing to change their tickets for another date will first have to return them in accordance with the procedure established in item II below, DEADLINE UNTIL MARCH 31, 2021 and re-purchase seats for the new desired date.
Spectators with tickets for TOUR 2020/2021, who do not have the opportunity to visit the announced new dates in 2021 and wish to receive their money back, can do so in the ways and within the time limits specified in item II.

II. TICKETS FOR CANCELED OR POSTPONED CONCERTS IN THE PERIOD 24.02.2021 TO 06.07.2021
Spectators who bought tickets for the canceled concerts in the cities of VIDIN, SLIVEN, BLAGOEVGRAD, DOBRICH, HASKOVO, GOTSE DELCHEV, SAMOKOV, PLEVEN and PAZARDZHIK or the postponed concerts in the cities of VARIN, VARINA, SHARV, PAL epidemic situation, in the period from 24.02.2021 to 06.07.2021, they can return their tickets and get their money back UNTIL MARCH 31, 2021 under the following conditions:
- Each valid ticket with intact integrity and attached receipt, purchased from a physical site of one of our distributors, can be returned and refunded its BGN equivalent UNTIL MARCH 31, 2021 ONLY in the site from which it was purchased.
IMPORTANT: Tickets purchased from Office 1 Superstore, Orange Bookstores, Cantus Firmus box office in Bulgaria Hall, Stefani Reklama Ruse (Ani Ticket Center), Smart Media Team (Ruse Week) and Music Center Plovdiv must be returned at the post office or with a licensed courier at the address - Sofia, 58 6th of September Str. / recipient: Eventim BG OOD, telephone: 02/9615370 / with a specified bank account to which the amount should be refunded, together with three names of the account holder and contact telephone.
- In case the tickets are purchased from the Eventim.bg website, the ways to refund the amounts are:
1) When buying a ticket with a bank card (credit or debit) - printed copies of the tickets must be sent by March 31, 2021 with accompanying contact information to their holder (three names, contact phone number and email address if desired) to the following address: Sofia, 58 6th of September Str., recipient: Eventim BG OOD (tel. 02/9615370);
Within 7 working days, after receiving the tickets by courier, the amount will be refunded to the bank account to the card with which they were purchased.
2) Tickets purchased with the option "print @ home" and "eticket" can be returned by email to [email protected], as an attachment, by March 31, 2021 with accompanying contact information of their holder ( three names and a contact telephone number);
Within 7 working days, after receiving the tickets by email, the amount will be refunded to the bank account to the card with which they were purchased.
3) In case of purchased tickets with cash on delivery or bank transfer - the tickets must be returned by mail or by licensed courier, sent by March 31, 2021 to the address: Sofia, 58 6th of September Street, Recipient: Eventim BG OOD (tel. 02/9615370) with accompanying contact information of their owner (three names, contact phone number and e-mail address if desired), as well as an indication of a bank account to which the amount will be refunded, name of account holder and contact telephone number;

"Dear fans and friends,
2020 presented us with another challenge in which we are obliged to be responsible, disciplined and empathetic. There are many difficulties ahead of us, but together we will deal with it!
In view of the dynamic and unstable epidemiological situation in the country and the measures imposing restrictions on the organization of mass cultural events, my team and I took the decision to postpone TOUR 2020!

All tickets purchased so far for TOUR 2020 will be valid without revalidation for the concert in the respective city and can be used for the new dates of TOUR 2021!

TICKETS FOR THE CANCELLED CONCERTS IN THE PERIOD 15.07.2020 TO 28.11.2020
Spectators who bought tickets for the cancelled concerts due to the complicated epidemic situation, in the period from 15.07.2020 to 28.11.2020, can return their tickets and get their money back by July 15, 2020 under the following conditions:
- Any valid ticket with intact integrity and attached receipt, purchased from a physical site of one of our distributors, will be able to be return and reimburse its BGN equivalent until July 15, 2020 only at the site from which it was purchased.
IMPORTANT: Tickets purchased from the offices of "Office 1", bookstores "Orange" and "Music Center Plovdiv" must be returned by mail or by licensed courier to the address - Sofia, 58 6th of September Str. with a given bank account to which the amount will be refunded, together with three names of the account holder and a contact telephone number.
- In case the tickets are purchased from the website of Eventim.bg, the ways to refund the amounts are:
