Dear Applicants, who have applied for the Orpheus Talents Competition - PLOVDIV, 2020,
after discussions with representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Culture, the Board of Directors of the Association "Bulgarian National Youth Folklore Union", in agreement with the Management of AMTI "Prof. Asen Diamandiev ”- Plovdiv, took the following
DECISION:
According to Order No. RD09-606 / 09.03.2020 of the Minister of Education and Science, which prohibits:

"1. Do not hold until the second order student competitions, organized events, organized visits to natural sites, public, cultural and scientific institutions, sports competitions and events, as well as any other organized forms with students and pedagogical specialists that bring many people together in one place.
2. By the end of the school year of the 2019/2020 academic year, no excursions, camps (whites, greens and other schools), as well as all other trips should be organized by schools and centers for personal development support, and no organized trips conducted. "

This year's edition of NMPC "ORPHEUS TALENTS" - PLOVDIV, 2020 should be held in force majeure circumstances, namely by participation with videos of the applicants who have participated in the competition schedule.
RULES:

Each individual participant (individual performer or ansemble) must submit their performances (1, 2 or 3) on a single file, as a prerequisite is that the following information is declared before the performances: Three names (respectively for the ansemble - name of the ansemble), age group and institution on whose behalf he / she appears.
THE TECHNICAL CONDITION SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT AND WILL NOT REDUCE THE ASSESSMENT OF THE JURY.
Videos can be made with smartphones, camcorders, tablets and other means that provide normal audio-visual contact.
The meetings of the jury will be videotaped in order to prove the credibility of the evaluation specialists in the respective areas.
All awarded participants will receive a DIPLOMA as well as a material expression of the prize (medal, plaque or statuette). The DIPLOMA will be signed by all members of the committee that has awarded the prize.
The participants in the sections: "Folk singing" and "Folk instruments" of the III and IV age groups will compete respectively (for the third group) for a one-time scholarship and for (for the fourth group) a one-year scholarship from the State budget.
All participants will compete not only for the "golden lira", "silver lira" and "bronze lira", but also for additional material prizes from the budget of the Bulgarian National Youth Folklore Association, as well as for the traditional Grand Prix.
Teachers who demonstrate excellence through the presentation of their graduates will, at the discretion of the respective jury, receive a certificate of high pedagogical and / or artistic and creative achievements.
THE AWARDS WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE PARTICIPANTS BY THE BULGARIAN NATIONAL YOUTH FOLKLORE ASSOCIATION, and the competition management will make every effort to award them to the laureates or winners.
REVIEW AND LISTENING OF THE RECORDED VIDEO MATERIALS AND COMMITTEE MEETINGS WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE DATES ANNOUNCED FOR THE SECOND ANNOUNCED DATES OF NFWC "ORF 2020"
