Exhibition "Hey next" with photographs and design projects of bachelors in "Graphic Design and Photography" at the Academy of Music and Dance "Prof. Asen Diamandiev"

Graphic designers are graduating with an exhibition at the City Art Gallery

Although the unusual conditions of distance learning, this year's bachelors in "Graphic Design and Photography" at the Academy of Music and Dance "Prof. Asen Diamandiev" reached the finals and are on the verge of a very real, present "offline" defense of their theses.
The fourth-year students with teachers Georgi Dimitrov and assistant Tanya Varbeva chose the Halls for temporary exhibitions at the City Art Gallery (15, Knyaz Alexander I Str.) to present their projects to the academic commission and the general public, as befits self-confident artists. 
The defense of theses will take place on July 9 behind closed doors, with no public again due to the measures against COVID-19.
Those wishing to view the exhibition with photographs and design projects of bachelors can do so from 18:00 to 20:00 h. (6 - 8 pm) on July 9, as well as during the working hours of the gallery until July 29 (Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00h. (10 am to 6 pm).

The young artists called their exhibition "Hey, next" and expressed its concept as follows:

"Hey next is a project that looks at the idea of ​​the beginning and the end. The end of an emotional experience and the beginning of everything new. Hey next is a cliché, an integral part of life, and this time it looks at the years when we were students, a possible beginning of our creative development. We celebrate the past with an exhibition that explores the different forms of graphic design and photography, interpreted through the view of each of us, the topics touch on issues of a personal and global nature.

Hey next is a constant search process. Asks a question instead of giving an answer. A question that underlies the visual identity of the exhibition.
