Edith Undjian and Georgi Zaykov from MixMe with an emotional concert in Kapana tonight

The series of cultural events "Summer in Kapana" on Abadjiyska Street continues in full force

 

"Summer in Kapana" invites Plovdiv residents and guests of the city to another interesting event with free admission. Today, Wednesday, from 20:00 h., Georgi Zaykov and Edith Undjian from MixMe, who hardly need a performance, will make an emotional and beautiful concert on the artistic street "Abadjiyska" next to Whiskey bar "Sandak".

The organizer is the Library for Ideas and Events. The initiative is implemented with the financial support of the Municipality of Plovdiv and is part of the Cultural Calendar of the city for 2020.

MixMe is a band created in 2017 by Plovdiv musicians Georgi Zaykov and Edith Undjian. These are some of the most talented Plovdiv musicians who participate in dozens of music projects and of course they have time to create contemporary Bulgarian music.

Besides being a wonderful singer, Edith is also a radio host, with the widest smile in the world. During the years of her career on the Bulgarian stage she has worked with a number of big names, she is a soloist of "Big Band Plovdiv", and at the age of 24 with her band "Life Light" she released her debut album with original songs.

Georgi Zaykov graduated from AMTII with a pedagogical specialty. He teaches solfeggio, guitar, trumpet and piano to children, adolscents and adults. He is part of the group "Life Light" and "MixMe" with Edith Undjian, he has created duets with many Bulgarian rappers. He is a multi-instrumentalist, plays trumpet, piano, guitar and bass, and also sings divinely! He deals with his own music, writes and produces for other artists.
