On 25.11.2020 at 14:24 h. we received the following message from the State Opera Plovdiv:
"Dear spectators, Opera Plovdiv has taken the responsible decision to join the national measures to limit the pandemic by canceling all its planned performances from 27.11 / Friday / to 17.12! We are convinced that in this way we will help your peace of mind and guarantee the health of the artists on stage!
During this period Opera Plovdiv will continue to work by preparing its festive program through rehearsals in chamber ensembles to return to the stage a week before Christmas, when we believe that our audience will need to be charged with harmony and bright thoughts more than always! We also! Be healthy!
Important information:
26.11 - The concert "Opera Boutique: The Spirit of Christmas Vienna" will take place in compliance with the announced safety measures!
The following titles are canceled: 28.11 - Behind the scenes of "La Bayadere", 1.12 - "Evita", 3.12 - Concert "Viennese Classics" 2, 5.12 - "La Bayadere" - premiere, 12.12 - Concert of the Academy of Madame Opera.
Tickets can be returned to the box office from which they were purchased by 5.12 or be re-certified after 17.12 for other performances of Opera Plovdiv at the box office of the opera!

Ticket return procedure:
The amounts for the tickets purchased through the partner network of Eventim.bg are refunded by the specific site from which they were purchased.
Tickets purchased from the box office of Cantus Firmus in Bulgaria Hall, Stefani Reklama Ruse (Ani Ticket Center), Smart Media Team (Ruse Week) and Music Center Plovdiv are returned to the address - Sofia, 58 6th of September Str. bank account to which the amount will be refunded, together with the name of the account holder and a contact telephone number.
In case the tickets are purchased from the Eventim BG website:
- by credit card - they must be sent to the central office of Eventim BG - Sofia, 58 6th of September Str. and within 7 working days the amount on the credit card with which they were purchased will be refunded. Tickets purchased with the print @ home and eticket option are returned by email to [email protected]
- by cash on delivery or by bank transfer - fans must return their tickets by mail to the address - Sofia, 58 6th of September Str. with a bank account to which the amount will be refunded, together with the name of the account holder and contact phone.

"INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHANGE IN THE NOVEMBER PROGRAM:
Dear viewers, we would like to inform you about changes in the program of Opera Plovdiv for November 2020:
- The show "Winnie the Pooh" on 22.11 is canceled. Tickets can be returned until the end of November. We are expecting our youngest spectators at the Christmas performances of "The Nutcracker" and at the concert of the "Academy of Madame Opera" with Bulgarian children's songs in December!
- We include in the program "BEHIND THE SCENES: LA BAYADERE" on 28.11 - a pre-premiere meeting with the production team and the soloists and performance of scenes from the show.
- The premiere of the ballet "LA BAYADERE" from 28.11 is rescheduled for 5.12 (Saturday). Tickets are valid for the new date without revalidation or can be returned to the box office from which they were purchased. Compliment - all purchased tickets for "Bayaderka" will be valid additionally for "Behind the scenes: Bayadere" on 28.11
- The other performances remain unchanged! The other events from the "VIENNA CLASSICS" cycle are also on sale!
