Theatrical amateurs play "A Journalist?" By Ivan Vazov in the Military Club with free entrance
The performances are dedicated to the 170th anniversary of the birth of the Patriarch of Bulgarian Literature and are carried out with the financial support of the Municipality of Plovdiv

The Plovdiv audience will have the opportunity to watch the play "A Journalist?" by Ivan Vazov in two consecutive evenings on November 20 and 21 from 19:00 in the hall of the Military Club Plovdiv. Admission is free!

The show is dedicated to the 170th anniversary of the birth of Ivan Vazov and is funded by the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for funding initiatives in the field of culture of the municipality of Plovdiv, as part of the Cultural Calendar of the city for 2020. The event is held in compliance with the anti-epidemic measures in force in the country and 30% filling of the seats in the hall of the Military Club.

The play "A Journalist?" is the work of the Theater Amateur Troupe of the Association "Workshop for Dreams" - Asenovgrad. The director is Isabela Shopova. The scenography was made by a team of the National High School for Performing and Screen Arts - Plovdiv under the direction of Stanila Vodenicharova. Costumes - Argir Kovatliev, graphic design - Jana Shepelyava.

The Theatrical Amateur Troupe of the Association "Workshop for Dreams" - Asenovgrad will present the play on November 20 and 21 from 19:00 in the hall of the Military Club Plovdiv.

About Workshop for Dreams Association

The troupe has existed since 2012, and the registration of the Association is from 2018. The composition is a young amateur formation. It consists of about twenty people, each with a different profession and commitments, but united by a common enthusiasm and love for theatrical art.

The activity of the troupe is entirely amateur. During the several years of its existence as a theater, they have successfully staged several plays. In their choice of repertoire, they are guided by the mission to be valuable as messages, to carry moral values ​​and to enrich the audience in a wide social and demographic range.
