One of the most anticipated music events in Bulgaria is now officially confirmed – the American band SLIPKNOT announced the date of their concert as headliner of Hills of Rock festival 2022 and the bands’ first visit in the country.

After all these turbulent months of waiting, the Bulgarian fans of one of the most popular metal bands in the world, can finally take a breath - Grammy award winners SLIPKNOT now officially confirm their upcoming tour dates for 2022 and Plovdiv is on the list – on the 21st of July!

Mercyful Fate are the headliner of Hills of Rock 2022's second festival day - 22 July.

The Swedish metal machine SABATON is to perform on the 23th of July 2022 at HILLS OF ROCK on the Rowing Canal in Plovdiv. With thousands of loyal Bulgarian fans and eight successful concerts in the country, the Scandinavian power metal heroes will return next year to become part of the biggest rock festival in Bulgaria - HILLS OF ROCK 2022.

The audience can revalidate their tickets starting this Monday, June 14. All tickets purchased for 2019, as well as the three-day and one-day tickets for Hills of Rock 2020 and 2021, can be used for the new edition with a revaldation procedure. The festival goers need to make a re-certification procedure at www.ticketstation.bg.

The starting price of the three-day festival ticket for the Hills of Rock 2022 is 140BGN, and the daily ones – 100BGN.

Hills of Rock 2021 - 2022 is a production of Fest Team EOOD and is part of the Legacy Programme of Plovdiv 2019.
