ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE EVENT

I. ANTI-EPIDEMIC MEASURES

Entering to the event, each visitor declares that:
* WILL CONSCIENTY AND RESPONSIBLY COMPLY WITH ALL ANTI-EPIDEMIC MEASURES
* AS FAR AS IT HE/SHE KNOWNS, HE/SHE IS NOT A VIRUS CARRIER
* IS AWARE THAT HE/SHE IS VISITING THE PUBLIC EVENT IN EPIDEMIC SITUATION

II. SALE OF TICKETS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ANTI-EPIDEMIC MEASURES:

In compliance with the anti-epidemic measures on the territory of Bulgaria, set by order of the Minister of Health, the upcoming event will be held in compliance with a maximum attendance of not more than 30% of the capacity of the venue. For this purpose, the event will be held without standing audience and with two empty seats between people.

In case of change of the anti-epidemic measures - with another order of the Minister of Health, the organizers reserve the right to release additional places and / or reconfigure the current accommodation scheme. It is advisable to choose your seats according to your preferred sector, which will not be subject to change by the organizer.

III. TICKET INFORMATION AND CHILDREN'S ACCESS

Keep your ticket to present it to the authorized staff at the entrances. A lost, unused or damaged ticket is not refundable. Visitors to the event must have a ticket, accreditation (badge set + special armband) or invitation! Multiple entries and exits with the same ticket are not allowed, and leaving the venue of the event on the specified day can only be one-time and final.

* Children up to 7 years of age, inclusive, enter free of charge, accompanied by a parent or a person notarized by a parent, and no seat is provided for the child / children.

PERSONS UNDER 18:

For persons under the age of 18 it is mandatory to be accompanied by an adult!
The adult may be a parent, a legal guardian or third person taking care of the minor who has a ticket! Every companion of minors under the age of 18 must bring a declaration fulfilled and signed in two copies, which can be downloaded here:  http://www.nikor-security.com/bg/deklaracia_pridrujitel.pdf  or to filfill it on the spot. Pre-filling declarations is recommended and will save you time! One copy is given to the security guard upon entry, and the other remains with the attendant in case of re-inspection.

Unaccompanied minors will not be allowed at the concert! Alcohol will not be offered to persons under 18 years of age.

The measures are in compliance with the legislative provisions in Bulgaria.
