"Dear viewers, for technical reasons, the show "SWAN LAKE FOR CHILDREN", announced for April 4 (Sunday) at 11 am has to be redirected to a NEW DATE - April 18 (Sunday) from 17:00 h. Tickets are valid for the new date without revalidation - these are tickets with printed date 6.03, 7.03 and 04.04.
We apologize for the inconvenience. All spectators will receive a compliment on the spot - a coupon for a 50% discount for a show from OPERA OPEN 2021!
If it is impossible to visit the show on the new date, you can return the tickets at the box office, from which they were purchased until 15.04!

Ticket return procedure:
The amounts for the tickets purchased through the partner network of Eventim.bg are refunded by the specific site from which they were purchased.
Tickets purchased from Office 1 Superstore, Orange Bookstores, Cantus Firmus Box Office in Bulgaria Hall, Stefani Reklama Ruse (Ticket Center Ani), Smart Media Team (Ruse Week) and Music Center Plovdiv return to Sofia, 58 "6th of September" Str. with a bank account to which the amount will be refunded, together with the name of the account holder and a contact telephone number.
In case the tickets are purchased from the Eventim BG website:
- by credit card - they must be sent to the central office of Eventim BG - Sofia, 58 "6th of September" Str. and within 7 working days the amount on the credit card with which they were purchased will be refunded. Tickets purchased with the print @ home and eticket option are returned by email to [email protected]
- by cash on delivery or by bank transfer - fans must return their tickets by mail to the address - Sofia, 58 "6th of September" Str.  with a bank account to which the amount will be refunded, together with the name of the account holder and contact phone.

Due to a positive case of Kovid in the ballet troupe, the performance "Swan Lake for Children" on 6.03 and 7.03 is canceled for 4.04 from 11 o'clock. Purchased tickets are valid for the new date without revalidation or can be returned to the box office, from which they were purchased until 30.03.2021.
