New date in April!

On 19.03.2021 at 10:07 h. we received the following message from the State Opera - Plovdiv:
"Dear viewers,
in connection with the order of the Ministry of Health, which prohibits the work of theaters until March 31, Opera Plovdiv has to make the following changes in its program for March:
- The show "Hollywood Musicals" on March 27 is RESCHEDULED for a new date - April 20 at 19:00 h. without the need to re-certify the tickets. If it is not possible to attend the event on the new date, you need to return your tickets by 31.03
- Opera Boutique: Women's Gambit on March 28 is CANCELLED. Tickets can be returned to the box office from which they were purchased by 31.03.
For online tickets - the return is made through the partners, according to the rules described in their sites.
All spectators with a purchased ticket for a postponed or redirected performance will receive a compliment from Opera Plovdiv - COUPON FOR 50% DISCOUNT for a title from the OPERA OPEN 2021 program. You can get the coupons from the Opera box office or before the canceled performance.

Ticket return procedure:
The amounts for the tickets purchased through the partner network of Eventim.bg are refunded by the specific site from which they were purchased.
Tickets purchased from Office 1 Superstore, Orange Bookstores, Cantus Firmus Box Office in Bulgaria Hall, Stefani Reklama Ruse (Ticket Center Ani), Smart Media Team (Ruse) and Music Center Plovdiv shall be returned to Sofia, 58 "6th September" Str with a bank account to which the amount will be refunded, with the name of the account holder and a contact telephone number.

In case the tickets are purchased from the Eventim.BG website:
- by credit card - they must be sent to the central office of Eventim BG - Sofia, 58 "6th September" Str. and within 7 working days the amount on the credit card with which they were purchased will be refunded. Tickets purchased with the print @ home and eticket option are returned by email to [email protected]
- by cash on delivery or by bank transfer - fans must return their tickets by mail to the address - Sofia, 58 6th of September Str. with a bank account to which the amount will be refunded, together with the name of the account holder and contact phone.
