The exhibition "History of Plovdiv Basketball from 1913 to the Present Day" will be opened on May 10 at 6 pm in the exhibition space of the Art Library of the National Library "Ivan Vazov" - Plovdiv, lobby floor 2. The exhibion is about the creation and the path of the basketball sport in Plovdiv. The initiator and author is Eng. Vasil Neychev - a longtime figure of this sport in our city. Twenty-five boards feature photos, accompanied by explanatory texts, including photos of celebrities, moments from iconic matches, cups, medals, visits to stars such as Harlem Globetrotters, etc. - glorious moments from the history of basketball in Plovdiv.
