On 26.08.2021 at 15:24 we received the following message from the organizer of OPERA OPEN 2021: COMPANY, State Opera - Plovdiv:
"Dear viewers, the performance "COMPANY" on August 29 at the Ancient Theater is canceled for health reasons. Purchased tickets can be returned to the box office from which they were purchased, until 04.09.2021 inclusive. The conditions of eventim.bg apply to online tickets.
All purchased tickets can be re-certified at the box office of Opera Plovdiv and at the box office OPERA OPEN on the Main Street in Plovdiv for the other events of OPERA OPEN 2021:
30.08 - "The Voice of Kamen" at the Ancient Theater
10.09 - "Carmina Burana" in Bunardzhik Hill
Opera Plovdiv and National Theatre "Ivan Vazov" apologize for the inconvenience! "
 
Ticket return procedure:
The amounts for the tickets purchased through the partner network of Eventim.bg are refunded by the specific site from which they were purchased.
Tickets purchased from the box office of Cantus Firmus in Bulgaria Hall, Stefani Reklama Ruse (Ani Ticket Center), Smart Media Team (Ruse Week) and Music Center Plovdiv are returned to the address - Sofia, 58 6th of September Str. a bank account to which the amount will be refunded, together with the name of the account holder and a contact telephone number.
In case the tickets are purchased from the Eventim BG website:
- by credit card - they must be sent to the central office of Eventim BG - Sofia, 58 "6th of September" Str. and within 7 working days the amount on the credit card with which they were purchased will be refunded. Tickets purchased with the print @ home and eticket option need to be returned by email to [email protected]
- by cash on delivery or by bank transfer - fans must return their tickets by mail to the address - Sofia, 58 "6th of September" Str. with a bank account to which the amount will be refunded, together with the name of the account holder and contact phone.
